Q1: What does Sellio Volume Discount do?

A: Sellio Volume Discount lets you create flexible volume-based, tiered or bulk discounts on your Shopify store. You can apply discounts by product, variant, or collection, schedule when campaigns start and end, restrict offers to certain customer tags, and choose fixed-amount or percentage discounts. 

Q2: How easy is it to set up? Do I need any coding skills?
A: Setup is straightforward — no coding required. Install the app, define your discount rules (e.g., buy 3 get 10% off, or buy 10 units get a fixed discount), apply them to the desired products/collections, schedule if needed, and you’re ready to go.

Q3: Can I schedule discount campaigns to run only during a certain time period?
A: Yes — you can schedule your discount campaigns so they only run during specified time windows. 

Q4: Can I restrict a discount to only specific customers?
A: Yes — you can use customer tags to restrict which customers can see or use a certain discount offer. 

Q5: What types of discounts can I offer (percentage, fixed amount, etc.)?
A: The app supports percentage-based discounts, fixed-amount discounts, tiered pricing, volume/bulk discounts, and rules based on quantity breaks. 

Q6: Does this work with my Shopify theme?
A: Yes — the app is built to work directly in the Shopify admin panel and supports the latest Shopify themes. 

Q7: Are there any limits on how many discount rules I can create?
A: You can create unlimited volume and bulk discount offers (within your plan’s terms). 

Q8: What happens when a customer meets multiple discount conditions (stacking)?
A: The app handles discount rules you define; you’ll need to check how rules overlap or stack — if two rules apply to the same product, you’ll want to manage the priority or conflict in your setup.  

Q9: Does it show the discount on the storefront / product page?
A: Yes — the setup is designed so customers see the discount offers (e.g., “Buy 3 or more, save 10%”) and the pricing adjusts accordingly. (You can mention any storefront display features if you support labels, banners, etc.)

Q10: Is there a free plan / trial available?
A: Yes — there is a free plan available (as indicated in the Shopify App Store listing). 

Q11: How do I get support if I run into an issue?

Q12: Will this affect my store speed or performance?
A: The app is designed to run natively in Shopify admin and be compatible with modern themes. As with any app, it’s best to test on your live store (especially during high traffic) to ensure performance remains smooth.

Q13: Can I apply discounts to entire collections?
A: Yes — one of the features is to apply discounts not only to individual products or variants, but also to collections. 

Q14: How do I remove or deactivate a discount campaign?
A: From the app dashboard you can disable or delete a discount rule/campaign. If scheduled, you can also edit the end time or pause it.

Q15: What happens if I uninstall the app? Will my discount settings remain?
A: Most Shopify apps remove their functionality when uninstalled. You should disable or delete your campaigns in the app before uninstalling to avoid any unexpected behavior. (You may want to clarify exactly how your app behaves upon uninstall.)
